I have been located in Naas, Co. Kildare working as a counsellor and psychotherapist since 2015 having trained and worked in England for the previous 10 years. I now work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and as a member of the Basin Street Centre practice located in Naas. I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals both in person (daytime and evenings) and online (daytime and evenings).
I am a member of and accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and also the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues (for eg. anxiety, trauma, low self confidence, low self esteem, anger, bereavement, communication & relationship, employment & redundancy issues) and the process involved is short or long term depending on what you feel you need.

My location in Naas (convenient for Newbridge, Clane, Kill, Kildare Town etc) whilst central on the main street is discreet with good access and easy parking along the high street or side streets.
